This year?s sixth annual event ? organized by the West Linn MOMS Club ? is planned for 3 p.m. Oct. 23 at Tanner Creek Park. A new Fright Night Haunted Trail at Mary S. Young Park ? and put on by the West Linn Parks and Recreation Department at the Teen Advisory Committee ? is seeking volunteers to help with scene building, performing and supervising the event also on Oct. 23.
